First impressions when phoning Homecure Plumbers are always good. The people answering the phone are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and remember you as a customer.
I have used Josh twice. The first time he came, he was incredibly helpful trying to sort out a major water mains leak and joining me in the conversations I had with several third party organisations to sort matters out.
The second time I chose Josh because he knew and understood the "history" of the flat. The work involved servicing the boiler, ensuring that the entire system worked and carrying out some work on the kitchen sink waste. He appreciated that it was not worthwhile doing large amounts of cosmetic plumbing repairs, since the flat was going to be sold and completely refurbished.
